You can upload images directly from your computer into your forum posts. I had this same question a year or so ago and the Webmaster gave me the procedure.

To include a photo in a forum post, scroll down below the window you are typing in and click on "Manage Attachments". A pop-up window will appear that allows you to browse the images on your computer and upload the one(s) you want to appear in your post.
