Does the 19 Mile Bay store have its outdoor ice-cream stand open this year?

When I went by last Sunday, they had window service in operation.

Yep, it's open. I (and others) had to come to a full stop on 109 last night to avoid all the folks wandering across the road from the docks headed in that general direction. And I do mean wandering. No, no, take your time, it's not at all urgent that you get out of the traffic lanes. And by all means, set a good example for little Janey by picking a diagonal path so it takes longer.
