Info wanted: RE agency/wkly rentals

I want to rent my place out during the summer ('05 and beyond). To my knowledge C21, Preferred, and Strictly Rentals provide agency programs in the northern part of the lake to find tenants, handle the check-in/outs, cleanings, etc.

I am looking for recommendations (from the owner's perspective) for the company providing the most troublefree experience, ie who can offer me the best tenants, lowest vacancy rate, maximum rent, etc.

The property is a waterfront camp/cottage.
