Yoga studios in lakes region?

Hi everyone.
I am looking for a new yoga studio, Was going to sacred waters in meredith but over time all the classes when it was possible to attend were canceled. so she cannot use them any more.

looking for sunrise yoga where she can be at work after in laconia at 8am

Any suggestions?
