What are the "organic CSA" signs that I've seen at the side of rte 25 in Meredith?

"CSA" in this context probably means "Community Supported Agriculture." Generally the way this works is you buy an annual share or subscription, and then get a certain amount of farm produce each week. What you get depends on what is currently being harvested.
