Default Squam Lakes Science Center

Just wanted to remind people how great the Squam Lakes Science Center is for anyone that has kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews etc. I used to take our neice there and now we have started taking our 2 year old. Such an amazing place for kids to have great interactions with our wilderness.

They are open year round and a great option for anyone looking to occupy their kids (even for us grown-ups its a pretty cool place to visit!).

Default Fun place!

My wife, Deb's Joy runs the gift shop there. (She is the cute, blond one) I used to run the boats.

This is a great time to visit the Science Center. While the boats are put away for the winter, the animals in the center are a blast!

The cool weather makes them move around more and they don't spend their time sleeping while you are trying to get pictures.

I kid you not, bring the kids, grand kids and you will have a great time. For small money you can spend the whole day and see stuff that you may never ever see.

When the kids leave they will take home some fond memories and not just a drink cup from Funspot.

BTW I am saving up my tickets from Funspot. I want to get that crock pot for 3600 points!

KIds? I ain't no kid....well maybe a really old one....but I go about two or three times a year. I bring relatives with me sometimes. Sometimes I go by myself just for the walk. Awesome place and so glad we have it here in the Lakes Region.
I'm gonna miss it when I move.

We had our Granddaughter last week and went to the SC last Friday. We owned the place! We arrived just as a couple school buses were loading up to leave.

Love it there.. Staff is awesome and the place is always so clean and well maintained. Would make a great spot for a Forum Feast!
