RV's and Regulations on the lake

OK.... now that we got the other portion of the question taken care of.... the next part of my research that you may be able help with..........

Where is the easiest place to find info on RV's and living in them OUTSIDE of an RV park without adequate septic and waste facilities AND not on land that the RV owner OWNS. This is also within yards of Winni and a tributary.
