The Owens Marine's building in Hooksett is up for auction. The auction is 12/13/2013 at 11:00:00 AM. It is for the building and land only and not the business itself. This is not the first time either as I remember 1 or 2 other times in the last few years an auction has been scheduled there.

Saw this for sale on craigslist. Looks like it would be cool to have in a boat house or a camp.
