Up in Glen, about six miles north of North Conway; Storyland is getting the Roar-o-Saurus, www.storylandnh.com/node/212, an all-wood roller-coaster being built or to be built by an Ohio roller-coaster builder coming this 2014 season.
Specifications: 1242 feet long, 40' high at the highest point, and holding 12-riders Like WOW ..... just look at this thing .... it looks like a green dinosaur with great big horns that takes you for a wild-ride all around the 1242-feet of roller-coaster ride ...... yikes.....and omg ...... oh ....... nooooooooo .....providing riders with some "unique airtime moments" !!!

It's nice to hear about an amusement park adding rides. The usual news is that one is shutting down. Bensons Animal Park was a sad one to see close.

Thanks FLL... That's great news we go there every year and it will be great to have a new ride.
![]() Sunset, we use to go to Bensons all the time and that will always be missed. ![]() |
