Looking to purchase raw 'honey and maple syrup' from local small businesses around the lake. Not interested in any supermarkets, I want the real deal.

Precious Gardens just north of Alton Bay on Rt 11 has a sign for local raw honey.

There is a small home business in Wast Alton that sells their own maple syrup. It is on Rt 11 a short distance south of the 11/11A intersection, normally a small sign is out.

They are located in Sanbornton,NH. Off of RT132 from Rt3/11.
The pancakes are very good. Search Google to find more info.
