Default Septic company needed

We need a septic company to give us a quote on a totally new system for the lake house that my family is under contract for purchase in Sanbornton. The current system has been deemed that it is at the end of it's life. The inspection also reported that a rock has crushed something in the system.

My Dad has called two companies and they haven't even so much as called back. Thanks.

I was in a similar situation last year. It's not fun place to be

What you really need is a system designer, we used Dave Ames out of Meredith. He was not the cheapest, and I had heard he can be slow, BUT I had no complaints. I took a risk and had an approved plan in my hand the day before closing last February.

I came across some other names, but since I did not use them I'm reluctant to name them on the forum.

My house is also in Sanbornton, and that raises some other issues especially if you are in a hurry. PM if you want anymore input

Thank you. Ames was one of them. I guess we can just call again. I'll shoot you a PM for the "other issues" thing.

I would be less concerned about the cost, although obviously that is important, and more concerned that the rules will allow a new septic on the property. You really want the issuance of a permit as a contingency on the purchase otherwise you could end up with a property with big problems and maybe no solutions.

There is such a thing in the P&S already for major septic issues. The property has over 3 acres, so I would hope there isn't a problem getting a new design permitted.

Default Lamprey septic

Not sure about design, but honest people to work with. Great experience with them.

Scott Lamprey is one of the most knowledgeable people out there. He will at least point you in the right direction.
