Campground condo association feedback

Hi I am new to the forums and hope you can help with some info.

I am looking to purchase a campsite in the lakes region.

I am aware of two campgrounds that you can purchase the site, and park your camper year round with seasonal use from may to oct. One is in Laconia "Pine Hollow Condominiums" on rt 3 behind the Loony Bin.
The second is Arcadia Campground in Moultonborough.

Any feedback pros/cons of these associations?
Any other campgrounds around the lakes regions where you can purchase a site?
Are there public beaches on Lk Winnipesaukee for those of us who can't afford lake rights?
