Lost: Marker Light Pole/Flag

Assuming it sunk, but my buddy lost his marker (underway?) light pole which had an American flag on it either between Patrician Shores and the Weirs or between the Weirs and Governor's/north.

I'm assuming someone would have posted it, but just in case.

Phantom passes thinkxingu a metal detector to give his buddy as he will be needing it to search the bottom between those destinations
