Sounds like the Lake towns' "powers to be" will be having fun explaining the escalating tax rates as property values plunge, in an effort to balance their town's over-priced budget.

Will they be asking, "What's in your wallet?"

Til me. Maybe it would be a good time to consider moving back there. If only it weren't for the weather.

Which is usually horrid.

Unless it's gorgeous, which is not very often, but often enough to trap some of us.................as it did me, for a long time.

Still, it's sweetest for me when I am away.
