Wolfeboro B&B?

Does anyone know whats going on with the renovation of the big yellow house next to Carpenter school? Good spot for a B&B, maybe a restaurant in the barn? Whatever it becomes will definitely be an improvement to the downtown.

They are doing a b&b. They said it will take all of 2017 and plan to open in 2018. There was a article in the last Granite State News.
