No diving for me for a while-eardrum

Hi All,

In the last 2 weeks I've received a few requests to dive. Had to say no as I'm dealing with a punctured eardrum. It opened up for no apparent reason when surfacing with Senter Cove Guy last October.

2/7/19 surgery failed, 4/8/19 surgery failed. New surgeon found with Mass. Eye & Ear Infirmary-Boston.

In the meantime I can only run side scan sonar which I never get enough time to do anyway. Now I have an unknown amount of time but I expect no diving for the next few months.

As always if anyone has an interesting target for me to locate or a story related to Winnipesaukee diving/sonar/history please let me know.

Sorry to hear of your ruptured ear drum. You should be well taken care of at ME&E. MGH is my hospital and I stand by my surgeons and all the other physicians. They have saved my life twice.
Hope ou are diving soon.

I have always enjoyed your posts and we enjoyed your talk at the Alton library about 2 years ago +/-.

Sorry to hear about your eardrum issues.

If the weather is good, I'm often at the lake Tuesday or later through the week, so if you would like someone to crew with you while you scour the lake with the side-scan, feel free to PM me.
