Divers in Blackey Cove

Hi - yesterday a SeaTow boat came into the cove and circled the lower end for a while. It was then followed by a dive boat which has been in roughly the same spot for 2 days. Anyone know whats going on?

I don't know about the sea tow boat, but divers have been coming for a few years pulling milfoil, maybe they are back?

Divers have been in Moultonboro also, pulling milfoil.
