Metrocast Problems

Volume was on and off all weekend and just went out again 5:30 pm today......anyone else having problems ?

Not sure if your problem is exactly the same as ours -- We would turn the TV/ Box off in the morning, afternoon or evening - come back turn it on and there was a 50/50 chance the audio would come back on with the picture.

Replacing the box took care of the problem (so far).

But if your audio is dropping off during a show --- not same issue we had.

Has anyone renegotiated their Atlantic Broadband/Metrocast monthly rate? We seem to be paying a lot more than the advertised rates even with factoring all the taxes.

Monday morning I had no internet. A call to Metrocast/Atlantic Broadband said they had an outage. Twenty minutes on the phone to get that info.

I had no volume when I woke up on Saturday morning. It can back at some point on Saturday. This has happened before.
