Maybe I missed something (it would hardly be the first time), but I just popped in on the Wolfeboro web cam and noticed that the flag at the docks is at half staff. Can anybody enlighten me as to what this is about?

www.halfstaff.org: last national half staff notice was Sept 2 for John McCain, so maybe it is still at half staff until further notice, or something .......

Could be for a veteran that passed away and lived in Wolfeboro. Usually half staff until buried.

Our flag on our dock on East Bear Island remained at half-staff until after the late John S. McCain was laid to rest last Sunday.
