Fishing tomorrow and was wondering if anyone is catching any spawning white perch in the shallows yet.

If they will be any where they will be here....
Leaving Long Island Bridge heading towards the broads, take 1st left and take the inside channel keeping DOW Island and Nine Acre Island on your right side. It will be very calm there and you should be able to see 1000 White perch spawning and belly up. When 9 acre island is on your right hand side there is a little cove on your Left. You're Welcome.
