Welch Island Power Out?

I lost contact with my cameras on Welch yesterday (NW side). My brother-in-law confirms the same thing (4 camps down from us). I suspect the power is out but it could be just a phone line down. Can anyone confirm this for me before I call in the cavalry (Eversource)?
