Skylight replacement

Any recommendations on someone to replace an existing leaking skylight? It's relatively small, approx. 21" x 36" in a 5 pitch easily accessible roof. Existing skylight is an older Velux with manual opening but looking to put in a fixed unit. In Tuftonboro.
