Ice condition at Fays Boat Yard?

Anyone been by Fays? We haven't been up in a few weeks and were wondering if ice is still in around docks? Any boats in yet?

Drove by on Rte 11 on Sat, the ice was still locked into the "Gilford marina" just off the road, and looked solid out into smith's cove. I would guess that it is still ice locked.
