Default Dockside In Alton

Not entirely sure this is the right forum for this. If not apologies.

I drove by the Dockside Restaurant in Alton yesterday. Crowded as usual. There is a big sign on the front about an auction.

Is the restaurant closing? This space has turned over so many times, but I found this incarnation to be quite good.

We saw that too and were surprised because it seems like it has been doing well.
