Looking for a tech that can work on a Rinnai wall furnace….ignitor keeps clogging up with carbon….…AI says it needs burner or heat exchanger cleaned

I would strongly suggest you call Jorge Sanchez at JLemos Heating.

I've been thru several HVAC guys in the time I've owned at the lake, Jorge is by far the best I've found and always my #1 call. He is up to date on the newest electronic systems and takes pride in his work. Though he is based out of Nashua, he comes to the lakes region on a regular basis. Here is his contact info.
