New establishment at the Weirs?

New awning and sign on the door saying Cheers at the Weirs at the old Clubhouse, Compass Cafe etc. Anybody know what’s up?

It has been in the works for a while; the owner purchased the assets from Bob's family after his passing. They had some hiccups with getting food and beverage licensing, but that should be clear soon.

Chances are Mike will be helping him get it going, along with some of the past staff.

They had a soft opening yesterday.

We went last night. There were a lot of people and the food and service were excellent. Judy is back and doing a great job!
