Looking for Cabin Tent

Hi, all!
My son will be working up at the lake this summer, so we're looking for a cabin tent to set up on a platform we have that he could set up his own cot, etc.
I can get exact measurements, but I'm thinking 8x8/10x10 or so and old-style canvas, but we're open to other suggestions/ideas/options.
