Default Moultonborough Builders

Hi all - I am looking to find a design/builder to start working with to build a home in Moultonborough. Does anyone have any recommendations on companies to connect with or companies to steer clear of. Thank you and have a safe holiday weekend! Mike

I had Caleb Johnson build my house and I highly recommend his company. He and his crew (and subs) did an excellent job. He is considered "high end", so he won't likely be the cheapest guy you talk to...

Default Moultonborough Builders

We had a great experience with Nick Byers of Owl Brook Builders (603) 481-1232 for our new home construction in Moultonborough. They are based in Ashland. Good Luck!

Default BensonWoods

Benson Woods out of Walpole is great to work with! They have project managers that knows the local codes. Many homes in the Lakes Region were built by Benson Woods. Have a plan? No problems!

Default T-Square Construction

I used T-Square Construction (603-800-9390) to build a 3 bay garage with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment above it. Brendan Taylor and his father Tom were wonderful to work with, patient with any of my questions, and very detail oriented. They coordinated with all the subs, etc. I highly recommend them.

Another thumbs up for T Square! They built a two bay garage with second floor for me last year. Very happy with everything they did including managing subs.

Default Additional praise for T-Square Construction

I wanted to add some additional praise for Brendan and Tom at T-Square Construction. Brendan went above and beyond expectations on several occasions - I won't bore you with all of them but the best was when my new dryer was delivered by a local appliance company without the stacking kit needed to place it on top of the washer. It was "back ordered" and after a few days, still "no idea when it might be in". So the dryer sat in my kitchen for a few days. Although it was clearly not Brendan's responsibility, he texted me on a Friday evening "I was thinking.... I have the specs for the dryer, and I looked it up - they have the kits at Lowes, we are going to Concord tomorrow, do you want me to pick one up?" He and Tom, along with my son-in-law, got the stacking kit and dryer assembled on top of the washer (in a just big enough space in the pantry). Brendan hung upside down from the top of the dryer to get it hooked up in the back! Service above and beyond!!
