What year was the last shot taken? I recognize a few things but am trying to locate Forrest rd. It maybe out of the frame but the land seems undeveloped.

Default Beautiful!

Nice shots, pmj! They really show off the area's fall colors.

Not sure if I posted the photo correcty, but anyway, I believe I've indictaed Forest Rd with the red line (see the cemetery way over to the left edge of the pic), and I'm thinking the green line is Cricket Hll Rd. I'm not 100% confident of these, but I think so....

Okay I see what you are saying. But are these recent pictures or before the eighties. The newer developements like Berrywood and partridge aren't shown or out of frame. Thanks for sharing these, it gives me some detective work to do. Are the orchards and Mum fields still there. How about the pond. Ive never seen that from forrest rd.

Looks like I've got some detective work to do also—the date is unknown.

The Pinkney Boathouse isn't built yet in Wolfeboro Bay, and there are probably many other clues. The Goodwin Farm's crab apple orchard sprouted housing years ago (in the center—to the right of what appears to be a Royal Palm tree ) .

That hilltop "Mohawk" in the upper-right (right of Crescent Lake) is still there, and Back Bay appears to have no structures near town. MJM has marked Forest Road correctly.

I am guessing around late 60's. Goodwin land is not developed. The view from Cricket Hill was the lake and did you know the pond was there behind Cricket Hill Rd.

The pond used to be part of the Melanson farm (Skyridge condos now). I always loved that pond and spent many hours by it as a little child. I think I remember it had a diving board or some sort of dock at one time. I so wanted to swim in it -but I don't think anyone did as it was mucky. Berrywood and Partridge were not built in this picture, I don't think. I don't think that is Cricket Hill Road. I forget all the names but isn't Cricket HIll Rd part of the development? I think the road highlighted is before that. Anyway, whatever it is called, the first house is the one Gerry Thayer lived in forever. (Can I say a name?) The last one on that road was also owned by the Melanson's, I think. Acres, I would just love to see that picture in person. Also, I could give you some names of people who I think could help you figure out the date.

The dark-roofed house in the near-left foreground appears newly constructed in the photograph, so I stopped by and asked.

They said it was built in 1975, so the photo is no older than that.
