A time for reflection

I am relatively new to posting here and I am not sure if this the appropriate forum, but while reading the various posts about our beautiful Lakes Region , and viewing the photographs of the Lake on it's way into Spring I could not help but reflect on how extremely fortunate all of us are today.
This past Monday the lives of thirty two innocent people were senselessly cut short in the shootings at Virginia Tech. Regardless of anyone's particular religious beliefs ,I think it would be fitting for our forum community to just take a moment to have a positive thought, or to say a prayer for the victims and their loved ones.
Life is short... be kind ....
