Stonedam Island Dock

Does anyone know the status of the Stonedam Island Dock? We went by there on Saturday and it looks like it is half tipped over to one side. Possibly from ice damage.

Actually, the dock failure was a combination of wind and poor construction. The LRCT is trying to get one of the dock construction outfits to repair.
