Craigslist has a Meredith downtown restaurant for sale for 50k, just across the street from Lake Winnipesaukee. I have no knowledge other than what is in the listing, and my GUESS is Zacky's, and I could be incorrect as it is a guess. Seems like an excellent location, and an attractive price if it is Zacky's.
