This could be fun and it is for a good cause.

Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at 6:00 pm, Patrick's Pub & Eatery in Gilford will be hosting the 3rd Annual United Way Sweetheart Auction.
It is to raise money to fight hunger and homelessness in the lakes region.
Auction items are needed!
To donate items, call LRUW at 603-524-6864 X100.
Come early and bid high and often!

It has been added to the calendar. You can request a reminder for any event.

I have never seen any items on the calendar. Is there some magic to this. I thought I would try again when you said you just added an item to Feb 8. My calendar appears blank, unless there is another calendar to which you refer.

Good luck. I hate to think all the work I have been doing was going to waste!
Another great thing for local events is located at the bottom of the main forum page. It is a helpful listing of events done on a weekly basis. If you are interested in a particular event, click on it for the information.

FYI Everyone,

I discovered that a special user group I created for Island Girl was incorrectly set so she would not see all calendar posts. It only affects that group and everyone else on the site should be able to see the full calendar.
