Default Long Island Bridge

I was up this week for vacation and on the first night we had a campfire and noticed the lights on the Long Island Bridge were not on. We had a fire one other night and again they were not on.

I cannot recall if earlier this year or last year if there were on or not. Anyone know what's up?

That has to be a huge safety hazzard. Agree?

I have been staying right near the bridge and have seen those lights on every night I have been out, including last night. I'll keep a closer look at them to see if I notice them out. It absolutely would be a safety hazard.

Thank you BernerGuy.

I am directly across from Long Island and have looked over to the bridge for years when all of a sudden last weekend, my husband asked why the bridge lights were out. And then again, another night we noticed the same thing. It is not like we are unfamiliar with the area.

Anyways, thanks for checking. If you can keep me updated that would be great.
