Heating Oil Pre-Buys

Is anyone hearing any good prices on Oil Pre-buys for the coming winter? I passed on a couple earlier in the summer because I sensed prices would be falling, and I'm glad I did. They should be bottoming out soon and thinking it might be time to jump in.

Go to Our Town Energy website...otchoice.com May still be able to join for $25. We used their rack-plus program last year and were very satisfied...and avoided the large cash outlay for a pre-buy.
