Wine Tasting Dinner Dance Fund Raiser

On Friday Sept. 18 at Church Landing (in the ballroom) the Meredith Rotary Club will be hosting the 5th annual Toast of the Town wine tasting, dinner and dance. This year Annie & the Orphans will rock the night away. All proceeds for this event will be split 50/50: to Community Caregivers, a group of trained volunteers who help all our neighbors in times of need, and also Polio Plus, as the Rotary Foundation works to match the $100 million donated by the Gates Foundation to eradicate polio world wide. For tickets, please call 279-7600. Tickets are $50/per person. Each year we have held this event it's gotten better and better. Come early, stay late and at the same time help your neighbors. See you there!

Hi VB: We are supposed to go out of town that weekend, so unsure if I can make it this year, but been there in past years... as part of the Rotary, we all do our best to support our own causes!! The food, wine and music will be awesome. I saw Patty at Buckey's last night- your name was mentioned!!

Yes donnamatrix, I did pull the image from the Meredith Rotary Club's website. Our webmaster tells me that it is perfectly acceptable to do so. It is a very nice poster.
