I finally quit outside work this evening around 6:30. I noticed the just about full Hunter's moon lighting up the lake like daylight and couldn't resist taking the picture. Ah, fall is often the loveliest time of year!

DICKR, love ya photo of the Hazy Hunter Moon. It was also gorgeous up on the lake at the top of Alton Mountain. Went to take a picture and batteries were dead. DAM DAM.

This year we had clear nights for both the August & September full moon (corn moon). Attached is a shot from 8/13 overlooking the cove at Sandy Point.
