Pasta Patio building sold?
I drove by the former Pasta Patio on Daniel Webster Hwy in Belmont this morning, and noticed some indoor construction activity (former walls opened up; new walls being erected) plus two shipping container-sized dumpsters in the back. Anyone know what's happening there?

I heard the ownership at Shooters was opening an Italian restaurant there.
