I believe they installed charging stations and possibly LNG.

Not sure of around the lake, I did see an electric charging station at the Common Man Inn in Plymouth.

I noticed the upgraded rest areas in CT on the Merritt Parkway have added Tesla charging stations. The southernmost area in Greenwich, CT had 3.
