The company I rent a dumpster from sometimes has a crew available. Not on weekends. Maybe a sign at the side of the road that says "Help Wanted"? Hang a couple of beer cans on the sign for bait. In many towns, fall sports practices are just starting. There may be a coach around who knows of team members who will do this kind of work. If you hire kids, always hire at least two and never be alone with one. Look around on FB for your area. In my town there is a FB forum where people exchange all sorts of info about who to hire for all sorts of trades and jobs. You will probably get more help here if you are specific about the location of the job. |

I'd probably be more specific in your request - time (days), town, hours expected, wood to be moved, etc...Just think your leaving a lot hanging out there.
