Question Parlez-Vous Francais?

I'm hoping someone will know of a few resources... I have been looking for a reasonable means to learn French but can't find any formal classes in the Lakes Region anywhere. The local High Schools do not offer anything as structured as I would like and aren't on a regular basis. Does anyone know of a place I can go to that's local? Better yet, any French tutors out there? I go to Quebec frequently in the winter (snowmobiling) and have been frustrated visiting areas where there is no English spoken at all (and there are plenty).

Default Thanks!

RG - Thanks for the offer. I think I'd rather have a live person help me though. I have a bunch of tapes and CDs that just don' t do the trick.

Perhaps there's someone who speaks french that would just like to make a few extra $$ on the side???

I found the same thing. That is why I offered up the CD!

LOL! I actually bought it myself. Just had to learn the language my sons were learning. Didn't last long for me I’m afraid. I thought it was just my inability to learn French. Glad to know I am not alone with learning from a cd.
