Carpet Cleaner in Winter

I had a fire sprinkler head leak in the guest bedroom and now I need to have someone get the antifreeze out of the carpets. The folks I've called don't run their trucks in winter or haven't called back. Any ideas?

Try giving Fire Cleanup Services a call 603 528 2700. I have used them for several emergancy clean ups and they are an excellant company to work with. They should be well equiped to handle the project any time of the year.

FCS are great. Quick response and good work. they will work with your insurance company if covered.

For general carpet cleaning, I've used 'Great Northern Cleaning'. They're tops in my book ! Frank Perkins is the owner/operator, a really great guy.

He cleaned all my carpets, and did a terrific job. I did notice a problem the next day in one of my closets which was carpeted, and Frank came back immediately to fix the problem. Really nice to work with folks who stand behind their work, it's refreshing in today's business climate.

Thanks BigDog. I did call Great Northern cleaning on the strength of reviews in other threads, but they've put their machine away for the winter.

You might try renting a Rug Doctor, I have had good luck with it.
