Bike week vendors

Hey now, can anyone save me some time qand recomend a vendor at bike week for novelty helmets and or cheap T-shirts?

Anywhere right along the Weirs across from where the mount docks are loads of vendors with T-shirts and other novelty items. No deals till next weekend.
