If you lost a small sailboat any time in the past ten days, it may be the one that washed up on our Timber Island beach with ragged rope attached. Please send me a description to see if we have a match!

A 12 foot aluminum row boat washed up on our shore about 25 years ago, we put ads in the newspapers and all, never got a response. We just kept the boat......

The ragged rope may be a sign that it was at a mooring and the mooring line broke. Not sure how small a sailboat this is but it seems that almost every season one breaks loose from the mooring field at the Winnipesaukee Yacht Club in Sanders Bay. I would assume that you have already notified Marine Patrol. It was great to meet you and your spouse at the Forumfest. Have a great winter.
