Wolfe's Tavern hasn't updated their website to reflect what's happening this month, but I would bet they're open. If so, I highly recommend that you put that at the top of your list!

In the Laconia area, only the Chinese restuarants are open. They don't really celebrate Christmas and consider Christmas as any othe day.
Hart's use to be open on Christmas. I would call the hotels and inns in the area as some have restuarants that are open like Church Landing. As you notice Church Landing is outrageous and locals stay away from there. One place you may want to try is the Steele Hill Inn, the chefs changes often so it is a hit or miss affair.

Wolfe's Tavern at the Wolfeboro Inn will be serving:
Christmas Eve - traditional hours Christmas Day - we open at 5 PM -9 PM The place is festive, warm and we welcome you. Additionally, New Years Eve we are serving until 11:30 PM! We will have entertainment at 9 PM and if you go the distance a complimentary glass of champagne when the ball drops. Last year we served over 400 all night long it was a great time. The well received (At the Festival of Trees event) dumplings will be on the special's appetizer menu. I'll be working all night New Years Eve so I will hope to see you there! Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year everyone! George |

Canoe in Center Harbor has been a tradition for the wife and I for many years.
I believe The Woodshed is open this year. |
