Restaurant by boat?
Other than town docks (CH, WB, Meredith, Weirs), what are some places to eat by boat? We went to a place years ago near Alton (I forget the name) that had it's own dock.
Are there other restaurants that have their own docks? |

Dockside Dining in Alton Bay
You are probably thinking of Shibley's By The Pier which is a great restaurant. David and his staff do a wonderful job. There is also JP China, Dockside Restaurant, Olde Bay Diner and Pop's Clam Shell all within easy walking distance from the town docks.

If you asking about docks directly connected to the restaurant, the Naswa has docks.

I think he may be referring to the old "Owl's Nest" dock

I think it was Shibley's. I'm open to other ideas too!

I know you mentioned Wolfboro town docks. Wolfboro Inn- Wolfe's Tavern is great but only a few docks though.

Wolfetrap too
If you can fit under the bridge to back bay, the Wolfetrap has docks. They open sometime in May and close for the season late Sept-early Oct depending on the weather (no heat).

Lyons Den
Lyons Den at the Glendale docks. One of the best on the lake!

Bizer has an online list of places to eat by boat at http://www.bizer.com/w2eat.htm.
The list has not been updated since last spring. If you know of any corrections/additions/deletions, please send me an email at food@bizer.com. Last edited by Bizer; 06-03-2014 at 11:44 AM. Reason: correct typographic error |

Canoe in Center Harbor.
Give them a call that you arrive by boat. They provide a shuttle service from and to the dock!
I wish the Pine Cones in Melvin Village would do the same!
