What would you like to see...
I live in the town of Moultonboro and have always thought that a good gelato shop would be a nice addition to the area. Am I alone in this? What would you like to see in the Moultonboro/Center Harbor area?

If you need a "gelato fix", you can go to the Downtown Grille in Wolfeboro and check out their offerings. I think they have 8-10 choices in 2 sizes. They also serve a rather large variety of sandwiches and other food.

Coffee shop
The Village Kitchen is almost as good as a coffee shop, but it is closed on Monday, when plans for the week are just gelling. A coffee shop, like a Panera Bread but more down-home style, and open through lunch would be nice. A place to hang out, use Wifi and network with friends and associates. Comfortable seating and places where some work could be done while on the road. If it served gelato, all the better.

Well with the woodshed and Kevin's no longer there I think a good seafood restaurant would be good. Whatever the concept it must be able to survive the non tourist times of the year

I MISS THE WOODSHED, but at least I can still get Kevin's seafood just have to drive a little further. Same with Barry at Nolan's bistro in Wolfeboro longer drive but worth it. Thanks for reminding me how much I miss the Shed

we went to see the remains last month. It was so sad. An older couple was there taking pics. He said he use to be a college coach at Tufts and had been coming to the Shed since seventies and his daughter worked there 30 yrs ago. Very sad indeed
