restaurants for sale?

Hi,

I was inquiring as to whether anyone knew of any restaurants for sale in the Lakes region or if anyone knows of a place I can contact for this information?

The new expo center in Lakeport just built a Inn which by the way I heard is beautiful,has been talking about a restaurant for the public as well as the Inn,the owner is looking to have someone go in and I'm assuming you would rent the space.

How about SAWYER'S DAIRY BAR ? A cool 1.7 million.....

.....or TOWNSEND's TAVERN at the Glendale docks?

The Inn you referred to at the Expo center in Lakeport is called the Inn at Lake Opechee. I actually went there when they opened, and it is simply lovely. It's almost a mini version of Church Landing without some of the fuss. The area where they serve breakfast is right off the foyer. It would be a great spot for a restaurant, and I heard they were considering one there sometime in the future. It is certainly worth a look.

There is the building accross from Mt. View Marine, it was a seafood/lobster place. That building has been vacant for a couple of years. Anyone know what is going on with it?
