FLEAS !!!!!
I just moved into a new home, where the previous owners had 2 cats and a Bulldog. I believe they had fleas, seems to be concentrated in one bedroom, where the pets slept. Several in the family to be bitten by these fleas. Recommendations to eliminate these bugs ? Should I use a whole house 'bomb' type insecticide ? Thanks! |

Call the realtor that made the sale...maybe they’ll have an exterminator come in? Nothing worse than dealing with someone else’s bugs....

There is a product called Demon WP. The WP stands for "wettable powder"It's available in local hardware stores. It comes in an envelope with either 2 or four individual water soluble packets inside. You put one water soluble packet in one of those pump-up sprayers with a gallon of water and apply directly to carpets, hardwood floors, cracks, crevices etc. It's completely safe once dry and may need a second application a week after first application to kill the new hatched fleas but your problem will be gone. We used this product in a professional pest control company and nothing more was necessary. I've used it here in New Hampshire as well as my Florida home. it kills everything and has a residual effect for a couple of months and again it's very safe once dry. Just follow the directions.
