La Catrina Authentic Mexican in Ashland
We're really enjoying La Catrina in Ashland. Their staff is pleasant and their Chile en Nogada is awesome. Prices may be a tad high for Mexican in this area, but definitely worth it to us. We've been there 3 times over the last couple of weeks. Checkout their reviews on google. I don't usually do restaurant reviews, but wanted to do my part to assure they stick around.
